Shipping Information
1. Please confirm your shipping address、Postal Code before pay for it, you are best to leave the phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information.

2. Items are generally shipped out within 72 hours after payment has been verified (Sun & most national holidays excluded).

3. All orders are shipped around the world through logistics companies such as EMS, DHL, and UPS. We will charge freight. Once your order begins its road trip from our warehouse, we will send you tracking number once it's available. Package transiting time normally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.

Easy Return & Exchange
We also check out all orders before they are shipped out to ensure they are to the highest standard. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. But if you are not satisfied with the goods, we are happy to issue a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending the orders back. All goods should be new, unworn, unwashed, unused and complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

1.Please make sure all returned goods are well packaged, and are not damaged in the post. All goods should be sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for orders damaged or lost in the return transit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days to complete your return or exchange.

2. If there is no quality problem with the goods. if you need to exchange the goods because of the sizes or personal reasons, Please contact us within 5 days by email.

3.Defective or Damaged Product. if you have received goods that is defective or has been damaged. If you need to change the same product, please send an email ourmail.

Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Cancellation is available before the order has been shipped. In general, we will process all orders as quickly as possible within 24 hours after payment, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is shipped. You can cancel the order within 24 hours after receipt of your order. Once the order has been shipped while you want to cancel the order, please send the orders back and we will handle with the refund issue.
